1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address, display name, and profile picture, received from your Google or Apple sign-in.

• Photos you upload: the images you submit to generate a video.

• Generated content: the videos produced from your photos.

• Payment data: transaction details processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

• Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, and essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the service.

• Support data: any information you send us when you contact support.

2. How we use your data and legal bases

• To provide the service — create your account, generate videos, and manage credits (legal basis: performance of our contract with you).

• To process payments and keep accounting and tax records (legal basis: performance of our contract and compliance with legal obligations).

• To secure the service and prevent fraud and abuse (legal basis: our legitimate interests).

• To respond to your requests and provide support (legal basis: performance of our contract and our legitimate interests).

• To comply with applicable law (legal basis: legal obligation).

3. Automated AI processing

Generating a video is an automated process: your uploaded photo is processed by AI systems to produce the output you request. This processing produces entertainment media and does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. Service providers we share data with

We share personal data with providers who help us run the service, only as needed to provide it:

• Supabase — account, authentication, and database hosting.

• Stripe — payment processing.

• fal.ai — AI image and video generation.

• Resend — transactional and support email.

• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep data

• Uploaded source photos are deleted shortly after processing (within about 24 hours).

• Generated videos are kept while your account is active, until you delete them or your account.

• Account data is kept until you delete your account.

• Payment and transaction records are kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law.

• Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

6. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we take steps to ensure it remains protected, including relying on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision where applicable.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@developersgen.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to authenticate you and operate the service. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

9. Children

metrendee is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
